Can I Modify or Cancel My Order?

We understand that sometimes plans change. To modify or cancel your order, please contact us at orders@inhabitmarket.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Please note, once an order has begun processing, we may not be able to make changes. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirmation. If you want to add more items to your existing order, you will need to place an additional order. We do not store any credit card information and cannot modify the order on our end as those transactions are highly secure and done on the payment processors end.

What If My Shipping Address Is Incorrect?

Accuracy in your shipping address is crucial please contact us immediately at orders@inhabitmarket.com. We are not responsible for misdirected parcels due to incorrect address details. Will I Be Responsible for Taxes and Duties?

Can I Return Clearance  or Temporary Promotion Merchandise?

Clearance & personalized items are not eligible for return or refund. All items bought as part of a temporary promotion such as final sale, flash sale, happy hour, Massive sale...etc are final sales and non refundable.

There is an issue with my product, what should I do?

We will be happy to get your issue resolved quickly and in most cases without having to return your product! Please contact us at orders@inhabitmarket.com with your order number and provide details of the issue you are experiencing so we can assist you.

Are there variations among products?

While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and color’s reproduction is as accurate as photographic processes or a printed material allow. Please, note there may be color variations depending on the calibration and screen’s setting. The possibility of slight variations in assembly and finishes may exist from one piece to another. The latter does in no way affect the quality, craftsmanship, aesthetic or function of the piece.

How do I apply a promotional or discount code to my order?

At the bottom of the home page, fill your email address in the typing box and click send. You will be able to access all the promotional and discount codes from time to time. At checkout, simply enter the promo or discount code in the field when promoted for it. Copy and paste the code as received, to activate it.
